My name is Mickey Casey. Im a beginner tattoo/henna artist. I do not have an official license, however I take the same exact safety precautions as any licensed professional. My studio is home based, so any extra guests that you’re planning on bringing with you needs to be approved by me first. If under the age of 18, I need written consent from your parent/guardian with the date of the scheduled appointment.
